About Rock The New Food Pyramid

We're done eating industrial garbage.

You probably are too.

Somewhere along the line, "food" stopped meaning food. Grocery aisles filled with reconstituted, reformulated, reverse-engineered substances dressed up to look like dinner. Disease rates climbed. Energy crashed. Kids got sicker. And the official guidance — the pyramid, the plate, the next color-coded chart — kept pointing at food groups while quietly ignoring the bigger story: how food gets made matters as much as what's in it.

Rock The New Food Pyramid is the answer.

The Science We Stand On

We built a platform around the NOVA classification system — a peer-reviewed, internationally adopted framework developed by Dr. Carlos Augusto Monteiro and his team at the University of São Paulo, now embedded in national dietary guidelines from Brazil to France to Belgium. NOVA cuts through the macronutrient theater and asks the only question that consistently predicts long-term health outcomes:

How processed is this, really?

We didn't invent NOVA. We made it usable.

Our Mission

To make the science of food processing usable for everyone — and to organize the people who refuse to keep eating what the food industry has been selling them.

We translate the NOVA classification into tools you can use the second you pick something up off a shelf. We surround those tools with community, expert guidance that doesn't talk down to you, and a path to push back on the system that got us here.

Real food. Real information. Real change.

What you can actually do here

Scan a barcode and instantly see every ingredient classified by processing level.

Drop any food into Analyze Food and get a clear processing read — plus better alternatives when warranted.

Browse 50,000+ recipes, each scored as a whole and ingredient by ingredient.

Adapt any recipe for 16 dietary preferences — vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, low FODMAP, keto, paleo, lactose-free, peanut-free, tree-nut-free, soy-free, egg-free, shellfish-free, fish-free, sesame-free, garlic-free.

Cook from Grandma Rose's collection — a curated return to food the way it used to be made.

Talk in The Chum, our community group chat, or in any of the dietary-preference rooms.

Ask Gator, our AI-powered nutrition assistant. He's 10 going on 47. IQ of 170. Attitude included.

Take action — contact the agencies and representatives who can actually change what ends up on the shelf.

This isn't another diet site. It's not another tracker. It's the first platform that puts processing front and center — where it belongs.

The duo behind RTNFP

Behind RTNFP stands a partnership built over decades — a masterclass in what happens when high-level academic theory meets thirty years of raw technical execution.

Dr. Suzanne R. Brock identifies the why. Bill Brock architects the how. They aren't just business partners; they've been husband and wife since 1998 — partners in life and business for nearly three decades, with multiple digital ventures behind them. RTNFP, launched in January 2026, is the latest — and the most consequential.

She is the Visionary. He is the Architect. You're going to like both of them.

Suzanne and Bill Brock

Dr. Suzanne R. Brock — "Dr. Seuzz"

Co-Founder & CEO

Dr. Seuzz holds a doctoral degree in Marketing and is an internationally recognized authority and published author in the field. She doesn't trade in vanity metrics. She works the raw mechanics of human connection and conversion — and she's been at it long enough to know exactly which levers move people and which ones are theater.

Her empire-building DNA was forged long before the digital age. She built a Jazzercise empire from the ground up, owning and operating a premier studio for more than two decades. From there she moved into the boardroom, spearheading strategic planning for large-scale healthcare networks. The dance floor and the C-suite turned out to require the same instincts: read the room, find the hook, get people to move.

She calls herself the Professional Firestarter, and the title fits. She has a near-visceral talent for making something out of nothing — visualizing market gaps before they're obvious, building organic groundswells that feel like movements, and triggering action when other founders are still polishing decks.

"I don't just build platforms. I build environments where people are compelled to act."

At RTNFP, that environment is one where you finally have the information, the tools, and the community to take your food back.

Bill Brock — "Just Bill"

Co-Founder & CIO

While Dr. Seuzz builds the buy-in, Just Bill builds the engine. He brings more than thirty years of high-level software engineering to RTNFP — and a track record of building systems that quietly redefine the industries they touch.

He was the architect behind a sophisticated Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a feat of engineering that required wrangling enormous data complexity in real time. For fifteen years he operated as a high-level independent consultant — the person companies called when their problems had stopped looking solvable. His specialty: taking fragmented, disconnected pieces of a business and synthesizing them into one comprehensive software solution that finally just works.

That same Systems Synthesizer instinct is now wired into RTNFP. Barcode scanning. Ingredient-level NOVA classification. 50,000 recipes. Dietary adjustment engines. AI assistants. Community chat. None of that runs on accident.

"Code should solve problems, not create them."

A track record together

RTNFP is not their first venture, and it won't be their last. Married since 1998, Suzanne and Bill have spent nearly three decades pairing her marketing edge with his technical backbone — a Full-Stack leadership style most companies can only fake.

Their first internet build, CompleteTrader.com, went live in 1999 — pre-app, pre-iPhone, pre-most-of-the-modern-web. It was a proprietary stock-signal platform running on chart indicators developed by Bill's father, and it actually worked: real buy-and-sell calls, real results. They retired the platform in 2008, ahead of the financial crisis they could see building in the markets. Knowing when to walk away is its own kind of integrity.

In September 2020 they launched BaBlahBlah.com, a social media platform for groups and group owners, built around their trademarked Get To Know Before You Go™ chat and a "speakeasy" model that gives community owners real control of their spaces — group chat included — in a way the Big Social platforms have abandoned.

RTNFP launched in January 2026 as the most ambitious application of that partnership yet. Different category, same pattern: spot where the incumbents have failed users, and build the alternative.

This is bigger than a website.

People are angry. They should be. We've been sold "food" that isn't food, told to count calories that don't tell the real story, and handed pyramids designed by lobbyists more than scientists. Meanwhile the diseases of industrial diets keep climbing, and the people getting sicker the fastest are the ones with the least information.

RTNFP exists to flip that. Knowledge in your pocket. Real recipes in your kitchen. A community at your back. And the tools to push the system that got us here.

Big Food has had its moment.

Yours is now.

Welcome to Rock The New Food Pyramid.
